Before Dash could reply to the doctor, she felt her bowels push out a heavy mess into her diaper. She grunted in strain as she pushed in pile after pile of manure. Doctor Horse decided to avert his gaze as she finished pushing her mess into her diaper. He was notified that she was done when she panted in relief.
"Ms. Dash, do you require any assistance?" Doctor Horse asked.
Rainbow Dash did not reply. She was too deep in thought. She had a hard time believing her situation, but now that she had messed herself, she couldn't deny it. She was stuck in diapers. Like a foal. Forever. Those thoughts scared her, but one thought pushed through them all. What will everyone think?
As if to answer her worst nightmare, the door opened once again and in came all of her friends. First Twilight, then Fluttershy, after her Rarity, followed by Applejack, and finally Pinkie Pie. All of her friends had brought gifts and laid them beside the bed. They quickly noticed the mess in her diaper and the expression of terror on her face and decided to back away. Doctor Horse saw the tension in the room and decided to leave without another word.
"I-I." Dash couldn't form any words. She began to tremble as she looked away. "D-Don't look at m-me. You probably think I'm pathetic now don't you?" Dash asked. She didn't know what they would say. The most horrible thought came to mind that she dared not to dwell on. However, something unexpected happened.
All of her friends gathered around her and brought her into a tight embrace. "Oh, Dash," Twilight spoke, "Why would you think so little of us?"
"Yeah, Dashie! We're your friends," Pinkie said.
"And no matter what, darling..." Rarity began.
"We're always here for you," Fluttershy finished. All of her friends nodded in agreement as Dash looked on in amazement. She was happy to have friends like this.
"Now, sugarcube, since yer' eh-... predicament is rather difficult, we all agreed that we would be more than willing to allow ya ta' spend yer' days out of the hospital with us," Applejack said. Rainbow was a bit confused by the offer.
Pinkie jumped into the conversation. "Do you wanna go to our houses so we can help you with your diaper problem or what?"
Dash awed in understanding. Pinkie always made things easy to understand. It was a nice gesture to give their time to help take care of her, but she might just want to stay in the hospital. After all, maybe the hospital could fix this. It was a tough choice, however...
