Fluttershy smiled as she looked down at the sleepy Pegasus laying in bed.
"Good morning, little Scootaloo~." she said in a singsongy voice.
Scootaloo's ears were enchanted by Fluttershy's butter-smooth voice as she blinked her eyes open. "Fluttershy...? What're you doing here...?"
She smiled. "Your parents went out for a bit, so they asked me to look after you while they were gone." She sniffed Scootaloo quietly, teasingly touching her muzzle. "Smells like somepony needs a change too."
Scootaloo felt the mess in her diaper and blushed, holding her hooves out to Fluttershy. "I'll take a change, Fluttershy."
Fluttershy smiled and gently lifted Scootaloo into her hooves, flying her over to the changing table and changing her diaper with a smile, dumping the messy diaper in the nearby wastebasket and putting a pink onesie on the newly-clean Scootaloo, which made her smile as Fluttershy placed a pacifier in Scootaloo's mouth.
"There we go," she said, "All clean and clothed. You look wonderful, Scootaloo."
Scootaloo smiled and nuzzled Fluttershy happily. She then looked Fluttershy in the eye. "Fluttershy..."
