Rita then rushes over and kisses you

Rita must have decided that she was going to be making love to you as she got up and she put her muzzle tip to your face, more to your mouth and did her best to kiss you more or less licking your lips making you surprised.
"So how do you want to run the Ranch?" She asked

"What do you mean?" You ask once you got your bearing... But it was interesting that she kissed you.

"Well you can have us farm as Hazel did. Perhaps as an inn business as our owner before Hazel. It is all up to you... and I was hoping you... would love me and want to be with me... But there are other mares wanting the same chance.

Previous owner? "Are you immortal?" You ask her... She would shake her head.
"No but we reincarnate too often for it not to be coincidence. So that is in a way semi-immortal as we are reborn often enough. Just be sure to bury our bodies on this land or else we won't come back... even if it is just one bone it will insure that we return." She said explaining the rules probably doing so to save all the mares on the property.

"Would you want me?" She asked again.
