"Wait a sec, Lilithmon. You said that talking normally tired you out, right?" You asked, curious as to how she was able to talk normally without feeling tired, So, in response to your question, Lilithmon looked at you and answered, "Yes, my love. It is true that I would feel exhausted when speaking in the same manner as you and your species."
Then, Lilithmon looked down at her human hand and continued to speak as she said, "But for some...peculiar reason, I feel much better. I believe it is because of our partnership, not just as lovers, but from the relationship between a Tamer and his or her Digimon." But in curiosity, your dad looked at Lilithmon and asked, "So Lilithmon, how powerful are you, anyway?"
Then, in response to your dad's question, Lilithmon displayed a light and gentle smirk with her purple lips and answered, "If you are speaking of my power ranking, Mr. Soukutsu. Then go ahead, guess. I promise not to attack if you guess incorrectly."
Obviously, you figured that Lilithmon was playing a little game with your dad. However, your dad knew only the 3 basic Digimon Digivolution levels when you told him about the Digimon game; In-Training, Rookie, and Champion. Unfortunately, he wasn't aware of the last two (which of course were), Ultimate and Mega, for these two Digivolution Stages were what you like to call the 'major powerhouse' levels, because if any Digimon below these two Digivolution Stages were basically screwed 6 ways from Sunday.
And of course, Lilithmon was a Mega-Level Digimon. Then, you heard your dad starting to guess which Digivolution Level Lilithmon was on, as he looked her and said, "Champion?" Lilithmon shook her head 'No' once, causing your father to guess a second time as he said, "Um, Perfect?" Lilithmon noticed that your father was randomly guessing, thinking that Perfect was a Digivolution Stage.
So, in response, she looked at your father with her purple-colored eyes and answered, "In truth, Mr. Soukutsu, I am actually a Mega-Level Digimon, which is basically the strongest Digivolution Stage any Digimon can achieve." When he heard what Lilithmon told him, his reaction completely shock and awe, as his eyes opened wide and said, "Holy Shit! Eric, do you even realize that you have a powerhouse for a Digimon?!"
"A...Powerhouse? I don't understand what this word means." Lilithmon replied, confused on that single word, so you decided to help her understand the word's definition and answered, "Lilithmon, a powerhouse is a word used to describe someone or something that's really powerful. So when my dad called you a powerhouse, he was saying that you're really powerful."
