Apparently, Nathan's massages where too much for Nicole to handle, as she knock herself out by her own excitement. But seeing a goddess sized Nicole sleeping was truly a sight to behold, seeing her beautiful face sleeping so peacefully made Nathan feel happy. Along with the perfect skin of her foot shining brightly by it's own beauty as almost all stress that was once held captive in it was completely absent when compared to how it was before and after he started massaging her giantess foot. Speaking of which, he was starting to miss already in the small moment he took to admire her beauty, and without hesitation, he resumed his worshiping, along with Nicole continuing her soft moans, which only encouraged Nathan to keep going.
To the two of them, it felt as if they were on that couch for days as that actually was the case. Nicole couldn't wake herself up because of the unmatchable pleasure her feet were going through and Nathan was unable to stop pleasuring her feet as he was never told to do so. So the both of them were basically stuck in an endless loop where Nathan couldn't stop massaging her feet as she never commanded to do so and Nicole not being able to give such a command because of the massage she was being provided. So they just kept laying on the couch, in their own personal heaven, without either of them being able to take it away from each other.
Both of them would raise high concerns to their own loved ones for the sake of being together in this wonderful state of joy with each other, both of their phones were filled with unanswered messages from their parents, friends and other people who were worried about their absence. Sometimes the doorbell could be heard and shadows near the window could be seen (specifically by Nathan of course), but this never let to much for the outsiders, as the door would never be answered and the curtains blocking the view from the windows would never be opened. Sometimes Nathan would break from his trance when he notices Nicole's phone going off, most likely by her dad, and every time she responds by saying that he didn't matter to her anyway and that there's only one other person who does matter to her, and that was the doll who was admiring and worshipping her like the woman she always wished to be treated like, and when Nicole was woken up by the doorbell and asks if it could be important, Nathan always says that the only thing that was important to him is the woman who put him in the position he always wanted to be placed in.
Either way, Nicole returns to her coma-like status of joy and pleasure by Nathan and he himself continues his duty of pleasing the goddess who gave him the opportunity to become so in the first place.
Bur eventually their hypnotic trance of joy finally ended when....
