His sister places a grey haired wig on his head

As Jacob sat on the floor oggling and feeling the overly large breasts, his sister burst into the room with about a dozen wigs and proceeded to place a long gray curly one on his head.

"What did you do that for," he started, and was going to say more as another round of physical changes started.

"Jacob, what's wrong...you look like your in a bit of pain."

"You could say that," Jacob squealed, and then he and his sister noticed his lower region changing and reforming, and a moment later his male parts had reformed into female plumbing.

"I am a girl? No wait, I really am a girl."

Sarah helped her brother...sister, over to a mirror, and gave her a full view.

"I suppose you could say a girl...I would call you an older lady with that gray wig," Sarah laughed.

"Very funny honey....and call me Jackie now. Jacob doesn't really suit me I'm afraid."

Jackie went to remove the gray wig, and....
