Still dressed in his red button up PJs and with new determination he kept a hold of the pages and left his room. As he entered the kitchen he immediately collected all the pots, pans, flour and other assortments of ingredients he could find. Placing them all on the kitchen table he then looked at the pages he had, having not done much baking apart from helping his mother some very few times when he was younger he decided on which one would be easiest to create.

"Oh sweet, cookies! I've baked cookies before with mom, I know these are easy enough." He said in excitement.

As he was mixing and preparing the cookie dough something odd began to happen, the page he had propped up on a book stack began to glow an eerie purple. New words forming on the page as it sensed it's new kitchen environment, the ingredients and the utilities nearby. Unknown to most the book had a cloaking spell upon it and it's pages that when the book is being used in a kitchen area the book would reveal it's dark secrets.

Jake had not notice it's glow, too focused on mixing the cookie dough but as Jake looks upon the page for the next step he...
