Now that Sonic was able to go home, Tails picked Sonic up and set him on the floor. "Come on, Sonic. It's time to go home." Tails said, taking Sonic by the hand. They walked to the front desk, Tails signed Sonic out, and they returned to the plane. As soon as Tails had gotten Sonic into the front seat with him, Sonic attempted to get on the wing. "Sorry, Sonic. But it's too dangerous." Tails sighed, buckling them both in. Sonic began throwing a major tantrum. "What do you want from me?!!!!! I know you don't wanna have to walk the whole way!!!!!" Tails snapped. Sonic began to cry. "Hey, come on. I'm trying to do the best I can. You're not very easy to deal with." Tails huffed. Sonic now began crying harder. "I'm sorry. Please don't cry. I just haven't slept well for a while."
Sonic sniffled, nuzzled into Tails's fur, and began falling asleep. "I…sorry…Tails…" Sonic said softly.
