Sonic, the next morning, woke up early…in the hallway. He was very confused, considering how he had been asleep with Tails originally. His stomach growled, so he walked over to the door of his and Tails's bedroom and knocked. "Tails!!!" Sonic called.
"Get lost. I'm trying to sleep." a grouchy, exhausted voice came in reply.
"I lonely, Tails!!!" Sonic pressed.
"Then go find somebody else to **** off."
Sonic's ears went down. "Okay. I leave now." Sonic said miserably, then trudged over to the front door. It, of course, was locked. "Darn it. Now how I get out and find somebody?" Sonic whined. He then felt pain in his stomach. He looked over at the kitchen and ran over to it. He clambered up onto the countertop. He noticed a window, opened it, and escaped. "Bye, Tails. Sorry I make you so angry. I leave before you hate me." Sonic sighed, then wandered off.
At this point, Tails had noticed that Sonic had given up /WAY/ to quickly. "Sonic?" Tails asked, opening the door. The little hedgehog wasn't in the hallway. Tails thought of what he had said to Sonic, then his eyes widened. "Uh-oh." He rushed into the living room, no hedgehogs there, then he turned to the kitchen. What he saw knocked the breath right out of him. The window was open. He rushed outside. "SONIC, WHERE ARE YOU?!!!!!!!" Tails cried out. There was no response.
