"We're going to try the gum " said Violet, twiddling a stick of the magical candy between her fingers, earning an approving "That's my girl" from her mother. "Why waste our time in here and not try to win a few extra accodlades in the process? We'll be the World's bigest blueberries!"
"I want a piece too" demanded Veruca, a wild scowl across her face. "And so help me if you don't, I'll-!"
"Sure, fine, just keep your voice down! We're trying not to get caught here. Have a stick," Scarlett hoarsely whsipered, handing her a third stick of gum.
