You consider trying to pull yourself out, but then you think about how you got into this situation. You were trespassing. You're lucky your entering her belly through her rear end, not the front. And for that matter you are not going to die, you're going to become one of her pups. At least you think. As far as you know, this has never happened before. So your best option is to stay submissive and help her unbirth you. Maybe then she will feel better about you and not want to do anything real bad to you. So you start turning and rubbing the parts of your body that are inside her, helping her to become more aroused.
She turns and looks at you, her puppy to be, and licks her lips as she feels her arousal building more, and she tightens her birth canal, pulling you inside another couple inches. She looks at her belly and sees that it is also expanding out with your bulk, already looking like her last pregnancy did before she gave birth. She sees that you are trying to help her and she does appreciate it. But you are still going inside her belly. She pulls hard on you and feels her belly drop substantially as most of your body enters her womb. She looks at her now bloated, round belly and is happy to see it is quite large. She shifts her footing to balance herself with the new weight in her belly, then she looks behind her to see that only your shoulders and head remain outside.
You are still squirming away, making yourself slide in quicker. You can feel your body is curling up inside her womb, and you can also feel her belly swaying with your weight. You feel her womb contract hard, making your shoulders vanish inside. With your head the only thing remaining outside and gradually vanishing, you think about what may or may not happen. One thing for sure is that this German Shepherd, this dog, is going to be your new mother, and depending on what happens when you fully enter her womb, you may become her actual pup. Or, either way you're going to become her actual pup. How much more actual could you be? Your going to be, or are already, inside her womb. Perhaps you won't be her full pup if you don't become an actual dog? Your thoughts are interrupted as you realize that you are about to be unborn. You smell the German, or should you say, your mom's, musky vulva a moment before your nose vanishes, then the last thing you see is your dog mother's furry backside, then she swishes her tail over your head and your vision goes dark as you slip inside...
She feels you vanish inside and she loves the feeling. You are now inside her womb entirely, and as she looks at her belly once again and sees your shape inside moving, she is happy. She found and captured a trespasser that was threatening her puppies. Now, she has a full womb and a new pregnancy. She walks over to her puppies and lies down next to them. They start feeding some, you moving inside making her milk come out easier for them. She falls asleep to her puppies meeting each other, one helping the others...
You meanwhile are adjusting to your new surroundings. You are in a fetal position and you are trying to get comfortable when you feel the dog walking, her heavy, full, round womb swaying, then you feel squished when she lies down. You kick around, still trying to get comfortable when you realize that you can hear puppies outside, and you can feel them pressing against the side of her belly, apparently feeding. Well, she subdued you, and now her puppies are safe. And now you are on your way to becoming one of the puppies in her next litter. You start to feel tired, and your last thought before you fall asleep is how big the German Shepherd's belly must be with you inside...
