More accidental wackiness

1. You fall in a pumping machine and get squirted inside someone under high pressure.

2. You fall into a packing machine and get squished into a small container that then gets swallowed or vaginally/anally inserted.

3. Two people fall into some machinery and they are forcibly compacted together, one ending up inside the other.

4. Some chemical accident makes you resemble some food item, by taste and smell, and the smell is irresistible! Someone scarfs you down and there is nothing you can do to stop them.
