As you feel your feet vanish inside of the doe, you curl up as tightly as possible within her. It is tight, warm, and wet within her womb, but surprisingly you are very comfortable. The soft, pink flesh of her womb is cradling you like it would a fawn, or more specifically, an unborn fawn, which is pretty much what you have become.
Few things see what you are seeing right now: first, the buck's semen, then the doe's egg, then the unborn fawn, and that's pretty much everything. So you are surely someplace special, where nothing larger than a fawn as been before. You can't help feeling a sense of pride at this unusual achievement, but it starts to fade as you realize that you are most likely not leaving this doe's womb as you entered. Upon your exit, this doe will be your mother and you will be a newborn deer fawn and therefore be unable to tell anyone about your achievement.
With a resigned sigh, your thoughts return to the doe, or your future mother.
She meanwhile has been recovering from unbirthing you. Once she has gotten her breath back and settled down from the powerful orgasms that you sent her into, she looks at her massively distended belly and watches as you move. She can clearly see your form within her, then as she watches, your form is softening as fluid starts to fill the open space around you to cushion you like an unborn fawn.
Now, the doe is very thirsty, so she makes her way over to a small creek that she knows is nearby. She has to replace the fluid that was used to fill her womb.
After a short period of time, the doe has gotten her fill and more of water, so now she is very happy. Today was a good day for her: she finally got pregnant and will eventually have a little fawn to take care of. See, the whole reason she unbirthed you was because she could not get pregnant, no matter how hard she tried.
The first time she went into heat, she was bred by numerous bucks, but she failed to get pregnant. She continued to breed until the bucks gave up. So that spring when all the other does were walking around with large bellies full of fawns, hers was empty. And as the does gave birth to their fawns, she was forced to watch as they loved and took care of them.
Now, this breeding season, she decided that no matter what, she would get pregnant or at least make it look like she was, so the moment she went into heat, she found every available buck and mated with him. At one point, she was breeding so much that her belly sagged, full of deer seed. But even then she did not get pregnant. She was just about ready to give up when she decided that she would at least make it look like she was pregnant. Then as she was walking around, trying to think of some way of making it look like she is pregnant, she found you.
Now, with you within her womb, all she had to do was wait until spring to show off her belly to the other pregnant does. Now, she decided that she needed to get some sleep, so she started to walk off, a bounce in her step, belly swaying from side to side, making a noise that sounded like she was humming...
