As you entered the room, you saw multiple surgeons around one person. She was HUGE. Especially her ass. Dr. Sharona tells you that the woman needs ass implants, and you were going to be them since the hospital can't afford it. You try to run, but come face to face with another gigantic ass. She farts and knocks you unconscious. When you wake up you see the hospital room but can't seem to move. Then you see dr Sharona. She tells you that the implant of your body in this woman's already gigantic ass went successfully.
She told you, that you could see because they felt bad about sentencing you to a life of an ass. When in reality, they did it because they wanted you to suffer as much as you could. She then tells you that when the patient wakes up, she won't known that your her new ass stuffing, and think you're just an implant. You try and shout, but your voice seemed like it was blocked by tons of ass flesh. Dr Sharona also tells you that you can feel taste and hear everything. This is your new life.
