It happened while Judai was on the beach with his friends, a card drifted on the wind and landed right in his face. "Neo-Horniness?" Judai looked at it quizzically. Then Winged Kuriboh appeared, and it's chirping told Judai that it was a special card, a gift from Neo-Space for protecting the universe against the evil Light of Destruction. "All right, let me take a look at this." He read off the card, saw that it would allow him to enhance the features of any babe he saw however he liked.
