Suddenly, a rather mischievous idea came to mind. What if you made it so that all the people of the world swapped clothes with the opposit gender. For example males would be the ones wearing heels, dresses, skirts, tights, bras and panties, that sort of stuff. And the effect would be the exact opposite.
