“Ooooh~ Yeah, that’s much better,” Sasha sighed happily, looking down at the tiny toy in front of her toes. Supergirl’s star actress nibbled her bottom lip for a moment, contemplating all the ways she could put this asshole out of their misery. She could just leave the little car there and let it be run over by someone else’s car or trampled…but that felt so impersonal! If she hadn’t just eaten breakfast it would have been an easy choice, but she didn’t want to feel too full while waiting at the table all day, that was always uncomfortable. The car was cute enough to keep, but the driver? So many choices! So many choices, in fact, that Sasha began to absentmindedly lift her right foot and move it forward toward the tiny car in a practiced motion….
Your head was on fire as the rumble of the car’s engine suddenly went quiet as the world around you multiplied in scale. Sweating and hyperventilating, you began turning the keys impotently in the ignition while screaming in your own head, ‘The engine was stalled! Why the hell did the fucking engine have to stall?!’As you continued trying to will your engine back to life, you heard a rumble outside that accompanied a sudden shaking of the ground. Your car bounced on its shocks as you slowly looked up from the dashboard and felt your heart leap into your throat…one of the white walls had shifted. You saw as large stones dropped from a darkening sky before you like some sort of twisted hail storm. The barrier in front of you wasn’t a white wall of rubber anymore…no, that was now stretching further and further into the distance as the structure in front of you began to lift!
A rock slammed into the hood of your car, leaving a heavy dent as you leaned forward and swallowed nervously…the underside of Sasha’s Vans had replaced your ceiling as the geometric pattern continued pushing onwards, overtaking everything around your lone, tiny, useless vehicle. Despite your brain knowing that a pebble had just put a huge dent in your car, the thin sheet of aluminum or steel seemed to provide safety. Huddling down in the car, you hoped it would hold up if Sasha stepped down. It would not.
