Chapter #5The Tale Begins by: GWriter With just you and Celestia in the room, she begins to tell the story of how she met your parents.
"I was supposed to make an appearance at the graduation ceremony for Canterlot University," she explains. "I'm sure your parents told you that they met in college." You nod in response and Celestia continues. "So, I was running a little late because I decided to stop for a slice of cake." You roll your eyes. Your aunt succumbed to her sweet tooth much too often. "Apparently, I wasn't the only one worried, because as I got to the auditorium, where the ceremony was being held, I saw your parents rushing to get inside. Unfortunately, I saw them a little too late, and I ran right into them. After apologizing to me repeatedly, I asked them if they wanted to make their entrance with me. Since they had the highest GPAs out of their graduating class, they were going to be sitting next to me anyway, so I thought that it would be a great idea."
"And then?" you ask.
"I got to get to know them better during the party after the graduation ceremony," she continues. "We all had a lot in common, especially me and your mother. When I asked them if they were dating, they got all embarrassed and said no." You sigh. Another bad habit of Celestia was that she was too forward. "Whenever you get all flustered it reminds my of how your father acted back then. Our friendship grew over the years, and I eventually served as the maid of honor at your mother's wedding." You then remember seeing Celestia in your parents' wedding photos. As expected, she hasn't aged a day since then.
"Before your parents passed, they told me that should anything happen to them, they wanted me to look after you, and I kept my word," she said. "So, that's pretty much everything."
You smile at the story Celestia just told you. The fact that she was so devoted and always kept her word was one of the many reasons why you became attracted to her. Without thinking, you wrap her in a tight hug, and she hugs you back, wrapping her wings around you. "Thanks for telling me that story, Auntie," you say. "I can see why my parent wanted you to take care of me."
"No problem, sweetheart," she says. "And I want you to know one thing..." | Members who added to this interactive story also contributed to these: |
