Within a couple of minutes, Hinata would be a complete bimbo, and you'd have the first member of your harem.
"So, Hinata, mind if I ask you some questions?" You asked, wanting to see how much of a bimbo she is now.
"Like, sure," She replied. That was a good sign, for you at least.
"What was something the First Hokage famous for?"
"Uh, her big boobies?" She answered.
You shook your head. "That's Lady Tsunade, Hinata. An she's not famous just for that."
"That's right. Give me another question."
"Aside from that, what else is she famous for?"
"Um, uh," Hinata says, scratching her head. "For having big boobies?"
At least her intelligence was starting to reach the proper bimbo levels, and shouldn't she have some to by now? You decided her expansion was taking too long. "Hinata, I'm going to use the Jutsu again."
"What did it do again?"
"You don't remember?"
"No, I think you never told me what it did in the first place."
"You should of remembered," you say.
"I think maybe you did." She said. With that you used the Jutsu on her, again. This time, it looked her growth was catching up to her draining intellect. Her chest started to enlarge, making her feel hot. "Is it me, or is it getting hot in here?" She asked fanning herself. She took off her coat, and it looked like in a while her breast would probably burst out soon.
While her lips started to look bigger, you wondered how she was doing in the brain department. While the Jutsu should make the fog in her mind worse, her intellect shouldn't be be too bright. So, you decided to test it out. "Hinata, I think you're doing it wrong."
"What? What am I doing wrong? Am I sitting wrong?" She asked confused.
"Your shirt."
My shirt?"
"Yes. I think you're wearing it wrong."
Hinata still had some brains in her, but still less than enough to not believe you. "How am I wearing it wrong? Is it on backwards?" She asked looking at the shirt.
"No. I mean you're wearing it wrong, because you're wearing it." You explained.
"What?" She still had enough sense to see the error in your logic. Thankfully for you, the fog in her mind would get worse, and she'd become a bimbo faster the more she had to think about something. So, all you had to do is say things that don't make sense, and her lack of intelligence would make her try to understand it would make her a bimbo faster.
"For some reason, I can't help but think the rule had been changed."
"What rules?"
"The rules that say you need to wear a shirt over your bra. For the life of me, I can't help but think a bra counts as a shirt, and a shirt counts as bra." You said.
"So I can use my bra as a shirt, and wear it over my shirt?"
"Yes and no. All you need is your bra, and no shirt."
"But people would see my boobies then."
"Not if you want them to, and if you wear your bra. You don't have to wear your shirt, like your bra, but you can though. You don't want to break the rules do you?"
"No!" The near bimbo said taking off her shirt. "Hinata's, like, a good girl who follows the rules!" You'd give her maybe four minutes before she's an airhead. And you couldn't believe your eyes. Her tits were now bigger than Tsunade's! You could wait to see how big her's would be when you turn her into a bimbo.
"Hey, Hinata, I'm thinking about getting my name changed to Master, what do you think about it?"
"Like, that's totes cool, Master!" She said in a higher pitch voice. "Can I call you that from now on?" She says in her regular voice.
"Sure."
"Like, Master," she says, "Something feels wrong with my boobies. They feel bigger than they used to be."
