The world did not revert to normal as she had hoped. When the coin fell down into her hand, it's magic took hold again. She felt an electric sensation pass through her body. Her belly, which had already astonished her, began to press out further. A heat built up inside of her. Erica did not feel real during this moment; everything was impossible and bewildering. Her emotions raced, and she felt sensations that she had never expected. Naturally, she was afraid. Her stomach was becoming tighter and heavier as it grew. The truth was plain to see that she was pregnant. This would have terrified her enough on its own, but the enormity of the image was beyond her. For a moment, a guilty kind of pleasure invaded her senses, which she recoiled at. What in the world was going on?
Her children moved. There was no way to tell how many children she was surely having, but one would simply be too few for her ever-growing figure. The flurries of kicks inside of her seemed everywhere, and she felt the pressure against her hands. Erica was awash in heat and pressure and tingling. She suddenly felt dizzy, and uncomfortably fell to her knees. Tears were in her eyes, but she couldn't afford to cry. Unfortunately, the growth of her stomach wasn't stopping. Her blouse had lost its buttons and her pants had become uncomfortably tight. Against the onslaught of sensations, she tried to think of what to do.
She took a breath, feeling her swelling lungs against her rib cage. All of her insides felt cramped. The first thing she had to do was call an ambulance. She rattled her brain for where her phone had been, and remembered with horror that it was on the other side of the room. With a desperate push, she raised herself from the floor and raced to her phone. Her stomach was so heavy, and the constant movement inside was distracting. Erica found her phone, turned it on, and froze.
First, she noticed the time. Everything had occurred in such a short period that she almost forgot that she had plans with her mother that night. The momentary thought of her mother's shame wet her eyes. Second, she realized that the pressure inside of her belly had ceased. The belly that she beheld was phenomenal. It was bigger than she had ever personally seen in a woman before, and she had known women with twins. Third, she noticed was that she was still holding the coin. She turned again towards the mirror that she had run from, and felt a great shock at how she had changed. Worse yet was an unusually familiar feeling, that of a calling. Flip the coin, it said again. In shock and horror Erica threw the coin at the mirror.
This was a mistake. As the coin flew through the air, it's magic activated again. It bounced off of the mirror and began to roll atop the floor. Almost mockingly, it got nearer to Erica, and fell...
Option 1: Heads. Erica's reality changes and stabilizes.
Option 2: Tails. Erica encounters a final change, (she becomes pregnant with sextuplets), and undergoes labor.
