Marge drags her long nails up and down Bart's feet and he can't take it.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAAA MOHOHOOOM PLEASE STAHAHAHAAAP" Bart cries.

Soon there are lots of people watching.
"Step right up and tickle the ticklish boy's bare feet" shouts Marge.

Just before she left she put some tickle tools by the stocks.
