"Fine," David said. He took a bite of his burger as he thought about what he just agreed to. His sisters enjoyed playing with him growing up, and he knew that this definitely would be along those lines. David paid the bill, but Jamie was almost out the door before he had barely crossed the restaurant. "You could have waited."
"Sorry, I'm just, I'm really fucking excited," Jamie said, nearly bouncing on her heeled boots. David didn't want to admit it, but he was excited too, and probably more than she was.
