Fact: His kill count is in the millions.
Move-set:
-Blood-Frenzy, his eyes glow red and he becomes physically stronger in all categories.
-Armed with blood wings, growing wings of a demon and quickly slash down everything in his path like they are nothing.
-Red damnation, slaming his blade into the ground and causing a giant release of red energy to spread in a large area.
-Ravage, clash his own blades together and release a multitude of slashes that goes in all directions.
-Curse of the demon, a legendary effect if hit with his zweihander and actually live, people who are afflicted with this have been known to have changed drastically over a short time. They go into an uncontrollable rage and destroy everything in their path until they are restrained or killed.
Story: Saico was the result of one of the many military experiments that had taken place to create human weapons. As you can see that experiment was successful...too successful. While still under surveillance he managed to break out of the underground facility that he was being held in, but not without slaughtering everyone in his path. Later on, due to the experiments done to him, his mind had slowly begun to alter and become extremely twisted, his heart was blackening, he was beginning to develop a blood lust that was going to be well-known, his thirst for fighting had grown very far and so he had begun one of the biggest slaughters ever done by one person. How this slaughter looked like? Well...it could be easily explained by these *insert scenes here*

*Insert scene of a gigantic pile of bodies, both military and civilian, with Saico standing at the top laughing maniacally*
*Insert scene of Saico killing soldiers in the droves*
*Insert scene of Saico fighting a very powerful fighter, but then kills them*
Because of this man (For the most part, as there were others) was the reason the battling 101 had even begun, which it had started as 10. Because of this man had many people lives have been lost and changed forever. Because of this person, some of these people we see who are ranked and others who are unmentioned, are strong as they are now.
How this entire incident had fleshed out and ended can be seen at another time or be speculated.
