People around her had feathers, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, and an angle feathers. See finally sees her boots and socks off, she's in her bikini, and her feet and hands are in stocks. Her hands were above her head and her toes were tied to the stocks.

Lucy; What the hack is going on.

The old woman; You are in our tickle festival my young lady.

Lucy hates being tickled, exsepiacilly when she's like the most ticklish girl in the world. It all started Whalen she try to cast a spell to make a woman the most ticklish girl ever, but it went tiroublly wrong. Now she has to be tickled, but the number one thing she hates is the angle feathers she is really weak against them.

Old woman; So you're weak against angel feathers.
