Claire's new life with less food

"Mom where are the donuts?" Claire asked as she ate of bowl of cereal.

"No donuts today hunny. We ran out." Jenn replied.

'Weird' Claire thought as she chomped on her cereal. 'Usually when breakfast is just cereal we at least have donuts to munch on.'

Things had changed for Claire in the past week. She was not being cared on as much as she was used to and she was starting to notice.

"Mom can we have a big home cooked meal tonight? Its been weeks since we sat at the table together." Sometimes Claire was just served dinner in front of the TV. She only had a helping or two, but when they sat at the table Claire ate until all the serving dishes were empty. Jenn had just continued to serve Claire's dinner in the living room to try and portion control her meals.
