make tinier cities appear in his hand

Maverick looked at the ring on finger. 'Did the ring make them appear here?' He thought. He figured it did make them appear and smirked. That meant he could make smaller cities appear! He then had a small idea and stuck out his hand. 'I want a tinier city to appear on my hand.' He thought. But nothing happened. Maverick frowned deeply and was about to snap, but then a VERY tiny city appeared on his hand!

The people in the city looked around really confused, but they were scared stiff when they were saw Maverick! Maverick brought the city to his face slowly. "Bug city~" He said to the people. The helicopters were still flying close to his face and he got quite mad about that. Just then he realized he haven't had breakfast yet... Maverick opened his mouth and sucked in some of the other helicopters. They were actually quite tasty. He thought and grabbed the rest and shoved them into his mouth. He chewed them up and swallowed them.

When the helicopters were all gone he looked at the tiny city in his hand. 'What should I do with it?' As he looked at it.
