Lockette glares at you as she tries to quickly consider her options, the Loch Ness Monster visibly becoming nervous as the sounds of Destiny increase in volume. She could turn you in to Destiny, but what if she thinks Lockette was aiding you from the start? Even if she turned you in, the gargoyle would probably still punish Lockette in some way, just for being an accomplice. But hiding you...willingly this time...the punishment will be far worse. Unless...Destiny doesn't find out.
She lets out an exasperated sigh and your world suddenly shifts as Lockette hurriedly throws you in the front pocket of her jumpsuit, just as Destiny comes around the corner. Daring not to peak out of the pocket you're encased in, you just try to listen in to the conversation. "Lockette, have you seen that spineless, rat of an inmate Wade, around? He escaped your cell again..." "N-no, Destiny..." muttered Lockette quietly. "Are you sure? Just so we're clear...if I find out that you, or anyone else has been helping him out without telling me... I'll make your life a living hell." says Destiny, her voice full of venom. Man, she was pissed.
Peaking out of the pocket up to Lockette's face, you can tell she's terrified. She sincerely doesn't want to be caught being an accomplice of yours, and you could hardly blame her, although you couldn't sympathize. She was your ride out of this hellhole! "So I'll ask you again, prisoner...are you helping Wade, or not? If you tell me, right now, I promise to not punish you any more then necessary. I'll be too busy making Wade wish he never tried to escape in the first place to do anything to you."
Lockette let out a gulp that slowly traveled down her long neck, as she thought about what to do. Her eyes glanced down towards you, and then quickly snapped back up to meet Destiny's as she said...
