Tails was shocked that Hypon wanted him at this moment. What happened to Hypon, was Scourage drove him to far into the dark, Scourage didn't need a collar to control him, for he became Scourage's second in command. Tails freaked out for what it could be for. Frost then left Tails in a pickle.
