You wakes up in a room that's large but you are on something soft and moving, you look around and see two mountains or so you think they are you then hear a growl from beneath you and you realize you're on someone's belly the woman then lifts her head up to get a better view of you, and you realize it's Tifa and she's not to happy about you being on her belly plus she's hungry as she soon picks you up she says. "Ah a tiny human wonder what you'd feel like inside my belly?"
