You are Alex a fourteen year old orphan after being left at a care home you have spent he last few years waiting to be adopted, however that time has never come and you feel in your heart you will never know the love of a mother. One night you are visited by mother nature herself who gives you the gift of tongues which allows you to talk to and understand any animal, she gives you one year to find a mother among the animal kingdom, however if by the end of the year you have not found a new mother your gift will be stripped from you and the chance of a new life will be removed.
