This choice: Maddie decides to have some fun and join Liv dancing • Go Back... Maddie looked at her sister who was dancing the night away despite no guests being in the room (that she knew of). Maddie put down her cake and walked up to her dancing twin. There was no point in letting all this preparation go to waste, even if no one showed up. Maddie began dancing with Liv adopting the same rhythm and movements.
"Wow Maddie, I had no idea you had dance moves," Liv said. "I thought you were just a big brute."
Maddie rolled her eyes.
"Please, if you knew anything about basketball, you would know that it takes concentration and balance. You can't just pick up a basketball and start playing. It takes skill. Besides. We're twins. Dancing well is in our blood."
Liv shrugged.
"Fair enough."
As Liv continued to shake her ass, she was causing her friends more discomfort. Willow and Angie clung to Liv's ass, trying to hang on with all their might. However, all it took was the beat of the music to pick up. Liv began shaking her butt uncontrollably which caused Willow and Angie to release their grip and fall down onto the carpet below.
When the couple hit the soft, but firm carpet, their world turned upside down. A flurry of two pairs of feet danced around them like an uncontrollable fire. When Willow or Angie tried to run away, a giant shoe slammed down mere inches in front of them. They were trapped. The two girls hugged each other and screamed, hoping that their bodies would not be reduced to a bunch of blood stains on a pair of shoes.
Ocean, Peter, Karen, Artie and Parker were also having their trouble trying to avoid the footfalls of Liv and Maddie themselves, although they had made it to a safe area on the carpet. It's almost as if Liv and Maddie were purposely trying to crush Willow and Angie.
Joey and Holden, who were still on the couch, looked in dismay at the action that was unfolding in front of them. All it took was a couple of well-calculated steps on the behalf of Liv or Maddie and their friends would be completely crushed. And as their experience with seeing Diggie earlier taught them anything, it's that death can happen to anyone.
"We have to save them," Joey said to Holden. Holden, who was mesmerized by the hypnotic waist movements of the blonde teenagers snapped out of his stimulated trance and bark at his friend.
"Are you nuts," Holden yelled. "If we try to save them, we'll just end up like them...or worse."
Joey shook his head and grabbed the wrist of Liv's childhood crush.
"I don't care. They're our friends. If they end up dying because we were too afraid to do something, I couldn't live with myself. You may not care about them, but I do. Now, I'm leaving. If you wanna come, great, if not, good luck with your life."
Before Holden could verbally retaliate, he saw his friend beginning to climb down the leather couch. Holden looked at Joey, who was determined to get down on the floor as quick as possible and sighed. Even though he could end up dying in the process, Joey had a point. Holden had already seen Diggie die. If he saw more people, there was no telling what that would do to him as a person.
"Hold up, Joey, I'm coming!"
Holden then began to climb down the couch and proceeded to join his friend in the more than likely suicide mission.
Meanwhile, Liv and Maddie were still dancing the night away, completely oblivious to the facts that they were both throwing a party and that no guests had showed up. For right now, they were just dancing to the music.
Ocean remained stationary, still taking in the fact that she was just a couple of inches tall and that Liv or Maddie's shoes could turn her into a bloody corpse in a matter of minutes. It was just too much to take in. The only time she saw a shrunken person was in a movie or a TV show. Not in real life. Ocean stared, in an almost-trance like state, at the falling and dancing legs of the twin sisters. She was so focused on Liv and Maddie's movements that she didn't notice her vision being obscured by the sole of a tennis shoe.
CRUSH!
Maddie stepped on Ocean, reducing her to blood stain, during her dancing. The movement was so minuscule and so quick to Maddie that she continued as if nothing happened. However, for those at her feet, it was one of the most gruesome sights they had ever seen.
"Oh my God," Joey yelled upon seeing Ocean's pulverized body as blood slowly pooled around it. "Maddie just killed Ocean under her foot!"
Maddie had stepped on Ocean's corpse again. This time, the dead body got stuck to a piece of gum on Maddie's shoe, which caused Ocean's body to become even more minced with each step the giantess took. Tiny blood splatters rained down upon the carpet, but Maddie and Liv paid no mind.
"This has to stop," Joey said running toward Liv and Maddie. "I won't let another friend die!"
"Joey! Wait!" Holden said, trying to grab his friend. However, Joey was already halfway to Liv and Maddie's little dance circle. Holden could only stare and watch as his friend ran closer to death.
Holden waited patiently, anxiously as his friend went into the dancing circle of feet. Joey ducked, dived and dodged the raining feet in an attempt to reach Willow or Angie. The two girls were still holding on to teach other, screaming for mercy from the two oblivious giantesses.
Holden began to get scared. What if Joey died? Who would save Willow or Angie? What if everyone was saved? Then what? How would they get Liv and Maddie's attention? Were they forced to be this size forever? The questions weighed heavily on Holden. However, his concentration and deep thought was snapped as... indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
