Katniss shrinks

Well, here we go:

1) During the 74th Hunger Games the game makers designed a trap that would shrink any tribute who triggered it, giving the game an extra bit of stealth play as well as creativity after all how could such a small person take out the competition, and what ways could the other tributes decide to deal with their shrunken enemy. Unfortunately for Katniss she was the one to activate it, shrinking, ironically to the size of a mocking jay, and now forced to fend for her life in a much larger world

2) Katniss is attacked by a new variant of tracker jack just before the end of Catching Fire, leading her to wake up in District 13 the size of a small doll. How is that going to effect the war effort, as well as Katniss' own grip on reality?
