With out thinking, you begin taking your sister'site pants off. She initially protests but once she realizes you're helping her get cleaned up, she relaxes again. You slowly slide down her jeans which can be salvaged no problem. But her panties which contained most of the mess were a total loss. You had her sit over the toilet as you slid her panties down so their contents fell directly into the toilet. You then wrapped them in a plastic bag and dropped them in the bathroom garbage. Next you grabbed some toilet paper, wet it under the tap and began a preliminary wipe, getting as much of the mess off her body. Finally, you instructed her to take a shower to get the rest of it taken care of and that you'd be back with some clothes for her. Once your sister was situated in the shower you made your way to her room. Since she clearly wasn't feeling well, you decided to get some pajamas but found the only clean ones to be a simple nightie. Your decided this would suffice and went to get her some underwear. Upon opening the drawer you were presented with various options, from high waists, to bikini cuts and (to your surprise) Pull Ups that you assumed she wore for bedwetting

You have the following choices:

1. Give her Panties to wear

2. Give her a Pull Up just in case she's not done
