With that, everyone seemed to be released from the meeting, much to your appreciation. Still, you at least felt a little better now than when you arrived, having felt like someone really needed you.
"Seriously, thanks for that," smiled the woman who needed your help. You could see her name as well, being Belinda Simmons.
"No problem," you smiled a bit, appreciating the sentiment.
Eventually, it seemed like everyone separated, heading back to their own desks. You made a turn and found yourself back at the desk you were at before. It was funny how you already felt like you had a good idea where this desk was despite not knowing this building all that well. Oh well, at least it helped you keep track of it all.
Sitting down again, you got settled, thinking about what's been happening. It's been so strange. No one found your presence all that strange, not even questioning why some teenage boy was here. Not only that, you looked back at your hair, seeing that it was the same color as usual, but unusually long. Pulling on a strand, it looked like your hair could cover your ears easily, probably going chin-length at least.
That and your smooth skin. It certainly felt strange. Heck, as you put your hands down after inspecting your hair, you looked back at them. Your fingers even seemed a bit longer, and did the nails seem a bit longer too?
"Huh...either I've really neglected cutting or something's up," you pondered to yourself, even as you got back to doing a few more papers. It appeared as if a few more had arrived since you left.
