Chapter #8

A fortunate position

    by: ItsMe Author IconMail Icon
You dipped your head in and peered in the front row of micen.
You locked eyes with the blue and black mouse you saw from earlier. She gasped and shook her head, possibly fearing the foreseeable. "That one." You point at her. She tried do back away, but the male behind her kicked her down towards you. Uncalled for, really. You protracted the claw on your index finger and slowly pushed her out of the box. "Please don't!" she squeaked. You didn't mind her struggles, you focused more and inspecting her silver hair, blue eyes, blue fur and black belly. You've never really seen a micen like this before. "You don't..." She speak too softly to be audible. "What was that?" you called to her.
"You don't have to eat me." She said loud enough.
You shrugged, "Sorry, but if I don't eat you, Risa won't think twice about picking you." You noticed from the corner of your eye Risa was a tad covetous that you picked this mouse. "Be glad I don't like staining my clothes with blood as much how good you taste."
"60 seconds." Risa poked the screen of her phone as the micen watched.
You saw the mouse's ears drop and go limp as if she couldn't believe what she's hearing. She whipped around, "Solace! My name is Cassandra. I have a little brother, he needs me!" She said a slight tone higher than before, her hands were folded in front of her, and she rubbed her arms. You've seen this before and can read every movement. Hand folded in front, she's hiding something; Rubbing her arms and hands, she's attempting to tell herself she's going to be alright. The change of tone helped indite her. She continued, "I came here because I thought you would make a colony with us, make it easier to get food for him."
Risa pointed towards her phone with only fifty seconds left. You leaned your head in and whispered in her ear, "Liar." You opened your mouth and engulfed her down to her thighs. You sit up and slurp her legs and tail in. She struggled, but that only made her taste all the more prominent. You sucked on her body like hard candy until Risa began counting down "Ten... Nine.. Eight..." You swallowed hard and rested back on your hands. Risa slid her phone across the coffee table and looked in the box. Your belly groaned as it welcomed it's new guest, you can feel it constrict the contents inside. It's almost arousing, but you don't give it much thought.
Risa pulled out two micen, making you grab the phone and ask what she's planning. She lifts the two to eye level, "I can't decide which one I want, so I'll let them decide. By my means of course." She looked at them, One brown, one light orange. "I'm going to break your limbs, first one to make a peep volunteers to be eaten. The winner gets to go home." Before the micen can react, Risa twisted one of the brown ones arms. He winced in agonizing pain but held his breath. After about five seconds Risa lifted up the orange one and twisted her arm. She cringed more, even allowing a tear fall from her closed eyes and her mouth open to make way for a scream. She was still quiet other than her tight breaths.
         Risa glanced at you, "Time?"
You looked down and realize, "I didn't start the timer. 60 seconds starting now."
Risa looked at the brown one, using her thumb and fingers to pin one of his legs. With a quick dab, the knee popped loudly out of place. "Aaah-" He bit his lips hard and started to shake. He looked up at Risa, hoping for his life that he didn't lose. Risa was lenient enough to ignore it, turning towards the orange one. She braced herself as she received the same treatment. She whimpered in a rhythm similar to crying as she tremble more than her counterpart.
This is the first time you noticed something you haven't seen before. The micen have tremendous willpower. You're sure if someone twisted your arm out of place with inconceivable force you wouldn't stop yourself from making a noise. Promised with the freedom of life, they seem to be impossibly strong. You look in the box, the micen are disappearing faster than you've hoped. The micen inside are closer to freedom, you wonder how far they'll go if they were promised such a thing. Risa looked at the brown one, putting more pressure at the base of his spine. With a sound that sounded like stale bread, his spine snapped.
He cried out in pain. Unable to quiet himself, Risa placed him in her mouth and swallowed him. She looked at the orange one, who now gave into her wound and began to cry, "I guess you win this time." She gently placed her by the hole to Niarb and sat back at the table. She looked into the box, locking eyes with another mouse. She reached for him but stopped, "Oh right, your turn Solace."
You looked inside, there wasn't any micen that caught your eye. You can see a juvenile hidden in the back by two micen. Your stomach felt full already, you don't think you can fit much more in there. "Solace!" The male that Risa was eyeing from before ran out of the box, "Please pick me! I'll go willingly, just don't let Risa get me."
Risa narrowed her eyes, "That's not very nice..."
Your stomach groaned and ached. You are sure you can't fit too much more in there. You looked at Denise, who was hugging the red one and covering each others ears. It might be her time...
