You decide it would probably be better not to involve others yet, at least not until you knew this thing worked. And to know if it worked, you needed to try it out yourself. You thought it was a shame that it could only swap you and another person, rather than swapping two other people with each other, but you supposed you'd just have to cope with that and involve yourself in the swap. Who knows, it could end up being fun swapping with other people.
Upon reaching the library, you leave your books at the returns desk and look around for someone to swap with. Unfortunately, the library seemed all but deserted at this time of day, and you were only able to find two potential targets. If you had wanted to remain somewhat normal after the swap, you were out of luck; both the people you had found were women. You were hesitant to go through with this, but at the same time, you wanted to know if this thing worked. You figured you could always swap back once you knew it worked.
Potential target #1 was Rosalina, a woman who travelled through the galaxy on her "Comet Observatory", acting as a mother-figure for a race of star children called Lumas. You obviously didn't have any relation to her outside of the tournament, but the two of you had run into each other here at the library, and during newcomer training sessions, from time to time, so you weren't strangers at the very least. Her Luma companion wasn't with her at the moment, and she seemed to be looking through some story books, possibly something to read to Luma before bedtime.
The other person you had found was Lucina, the other Ylissian fighter in the tournament, and Chrom's daughter. The two of you had obviously known each other for quite a while before this tournament, so you did feel a little underhanded at the fact that you were considering swapping something with her. Then again, you needed a test, and if you felt too bad about swapping with her, you could always swap back and confess.
After one last check around the library to make sure you couldn't find anyone, you decide on who to swap with.
