'It worked?'
Naruto was amazing because the voice he heard sounded like a mix of Tsunade's and his mother's, he looked down and saw Tsunade's giant breasts, and ran to the bathroom.
There he saw a woman who gave him an aura of confidence and realized that it was his own reflection, the merger was more like Tsunade with Kushina than Tsunade with Naruto, this one then left the bathroom and went to enjoy his new life.
