Tsunade Senju was the overseer of Vault 69. She had a number of assistants, Shizune Kato, Sakura Haruno, and a reploid named http://megaman.wikia.com/wiki/Alia

.
Tsunade was grimacing at the report her bosses had given her. According to the message, the experiment the vault was to undergo was to see how successful a vault could be if there was only one man and 999 women. After a moment, she knew why all the robots were in the form of attractive women.
"Is everything alright, Lady Tsunade?" Shizune asked.
Tsunade sighed before she said, "Oh, nothing, except my bosses said that it's unknown how long we might be in here. So any news?"
Sakura checked her tablet for a moment before she said, "Well, there either seems to be an error with the rollcall or a very large assignment problem."
"Oh? What could it be, Sakura?" Tsunade asked.
"We have 999 women and only one man," Sakura quickly answered, sounding exasperated. "If he's a pervert, then he has all the damn cards if we're here for possibly decades!"
"Alia, suggestions?" Tsunade asked, knowing that all robots and reploids knew about the experiment's orders, but were'nt allowed to talk about them unless Tsunade gave the okay.
"Well, if we're going to be here for an extended amount of time with no foreseeable endtime, then having the sole man give regular sperm donations as soon as possible. Gentically modifying the sperm would then prevent any inbreeding that would occur after a few generations," Alia answered with a salute. She then put her hand down and shrugged as she added, "If he doesn't agree, then inject him with a drug that'll make him cum about 20 times a day."
Sakura and Shizune looked at Alia with shock before Tsunade said, "Ladies, we all know the three laws of robotics. Well, there is also the Zeroth law that's the distilled version of those. It's pretty much "A robot may not harm humanity". It'll allow Alia and the other robots to ignore the three laws if need be."
Sakura and Shizune muttered under their breath their thoughts. Both were unsure about that revelation.
"Now then. Should we let everyone know about the 'only one man' problem or leave it on a 'if they want to know, they ask' basis?"
