You yelled to Hannah "Come here young lady. You will need to be punished."

Hannah comes over slowly looking sorry for her conduct. You told Hannah to lower her panties. You then lift her on to your lap and raise her dress to expose her rear. You scold her further as you do this and tell her she has earned a spanking with your hand, but will stay still unless she wants her punishment to be worse. You also indicate she will count her strokes. You then start spanking her firmly.

WHAP! "One" - Hannah indicated
WHAP! "Two" - Hannah indicated.
WHAP ! "Three" - Hannah indicated, starting that have to hold back tears.

You continue until you have given her fifteen stokes. Hannah ...
