This choice: Shrunk and Gifted to Kayla • Go Back... After several hours of merry making, Maggie was the first member of the group to say her goodbyes.
"OK girls...and Tony. It may be break for all of you, but I still have practice early tomorrow. Scholarship athlete and all," she scoffed brushing her hair back with a mock smile. The group of you shared a laugh, knowing that the redhead would much rather stay and spend a few more hours together with her friends instead of being the party pooper to have to go sleep early.
She gave Brittany and Kayla a big hug.
"Have a great trip back home and enjoy your time with your families. I'll see you when you get back!" she said earnestly. Then turning to you she smiled about as warmly as she ever had toward you.
"Tony I know you're not looking forward to being stuck on campus over break, but I'll be around a lot the next few weeks, so if you ever want some company just shoot me a text or something," she said earnestly before giving you a quick hug and leaving the room.
You stood there in surprise before turning back to your remaining friends.
"Aww, that was sweet!" Brittany cooed.
"Yeah Tony. It's good to see you and Maggie finally starting to maybe warm up to each other a bit," Kayla added.
You agreed, but were in no hurry to dwell on the subject, quickly looking for a way to move on.
"Hey Brittany, could I get your opinion on something in my room before you go? We'll be right back Kayla,"
"Oh don't worry about me love birds," Kayla laughed before popping open a beer and laughing at your awkward question. "Maybe over the break you can learn how to be a little less awkward Tony," she said with a laugh as Brittany laughed and followed you out of her room.
Back in your room, Brittany waited impatiently to hear what you wanted her advice on.
"Look Brittany, I know Secret Santa is supposed to be super secret, but I'm stuck and need your help. I drew Kayla and I can't figure out anything to give her. She's already got air pods and all I ever see her do is run, study, or drink. You're her roommate....help me!"
Brittany laughed at your plight.
"You must be desperate if you're asking me for help Tony, but never fear, I'll come to your rescue," she says giving an exaggerated bow.
"So...you have an idea for me?" you ask hopefully.
Brittany smiles, a hint of deviousness in her eyes.
"Oh, much more than that Tony. I know exactly what you should give her. Do you have any wrapping paper around here?" she asks you.
You're a bit surprised by her question, but quickly scramble to pull out your small collection of wrapping supplies.
Brittany puts most of the supplies to the side, but picks out a small red bow and sticks it to the top of your head.
"There! You look great!" she says with a laugh.
"Huh?" you respond dumbly.
"Hmm, you're right. A few modifications are still needed," she muses before taking a step back and looking at you in thought. A broad smile suddenly bursts onto her face as she reaches into her purse and pulls out some sort of a keychain with a button on it.
Before you can question her about it, she points it at you and pushes the button.
The next thing you know, you're just a few inches tall and climbing your way out of your clothes. Fortunately your boxers somehow shrank with you.
"BRITTANY WHAT THE HELL!?" you scream.
"You asked me for my help? Well this is me helping. Trust me, Kayla will love this!"
Without explaining any further, Brittany...
1. Brittany seals you in a small box, wraps you, and puts the red bow on top before bringing you back to her room.
2. Brittany flattens your body and manipulates your newly stretchy form, making you into a pair of running shorts for her roommate.
3. Brittany explains that Kayla has a crush on you, and since you're too dense to pick up on her roommates signals on your own, this is the best gift you could give her.
4. Brittany pulls an extra chain out from her purse and slips it around your body, making you into a necklace for her roommate.   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
