Sabine had to return to Mandalorian to participate in an all female fighting tournament. She convence Hera to join her, Ezra wanted to come to cheer her on. To Ezra's surprised, Sabine forbid him home coming.

Ezra comes anyway in disguise, that's when he finds out the rules. The tournament is using very ancient Mandalorian rules, the fighters have to fight completely naked and covered in hot oil.
