As Luna carried Red back home, most predators were dismissive of her, a wolves who adopted a human pup. But there were a few that mocked her or made not so subtle threats to her and Red.
She ignored them and focused on keeping Red calm, she didn't want to snap at those jerks and make Red afraid of her, she'd been nothing but nice to him, but she knew he had nothing but bad experiences.
Thankfully, she only had to deal with those jerks for a short while, her own neighborhood was .... tolerable of humans .... they weren't treated as equals, but this part of town at least didn't make it impossible for them to own a house. Usually.
Red was tired, so Luna laid him down in her bed upstairs, and while he stretched out on the massive bed, she looked at how skinny his body was. If he'd been any other predator, then he'd definitely be too skinny. So while he slept, she looked up online what she could do to help him fill out a bit more to a healthy weight, and saw an option that looked promising.
She saw that if she breastfed him, then he should put on a little more weight at a healthy rate, so she ordered some pills for it and hoped Red wouldnt have any issues.
