She tried her best to crawl to the front door but her growing gut stopped her from moving another inch. She reached for the floor but Pinkie was pushed up by her belly as she slowly inflated with fat. Her rear was four times as wide as the doors and her belly larger than Big Mac. As much as she wanted to laugh this off, it did worry her that there showed no signs of stopping. Her limbs were pried up by her rising flesh reminded her of the dough used in her cooking. Her cheeks stretched as well and several chins formed as well. Her cutie mark now looked like she had beach balls for balloons.
When she was done, the party pony was elephantine in size with a rear wider than Rarity's fainting couch. Her belly was the largest part of her and managed to amaze and worry her simultaneously. While she couldn't move much, she was able to teeter side to side and smack her blubbery body giving her a little smile to cheer her up. Her train of thought was interrupted when she heard the familiar coos and gibberish of the Cake Twins.
"Pumpkin? Pound Cake? Is that you?" Pinkie called out. She wasn't able to crane her neck due to her surrounding pudge but she could definitely hear them. When they eventually crawled in front of her, gazing in awe at their blob of a babysitter. "Oh thank Celestia you're here! I need you two to go and get help," she asked, forgetting that they were infants.
Still, Pumpkin wasn't an ordinary filly. The unicorn had plans for Pinkie using her untamed magic
