Best of Both Worlds

This is the option to create a world populated entirely by anthropomorphic animals. This is basically the transformation of both human and animal populations worldwide to create a bigger community. They can behave like ordinary animals, but they walk on two legs, wear clothes, do human things and speak like humans. Meat and other animal-derived products, or products similar to them, can exist but must be explained. Other than that, anything goes.
