Twins

You and your twin sister have always been opposites. She is the sexiest and most popular girl in your school. You are a nerd who only has a few close friends.

Out of nowhere you suddenly start to feel strange and notice. Strange changes happening to your body. After an examination is completed the doctors have rather odd news. It was first thought you are your sister were fraternal twins.

It is now discovered you were actually identical twins and both female until suddenly you switched to male while in the womb. Something is happening now and your hormones and chromosomes are now switching back to their original state. You are turning into your female sisters actual identical twin!
