Use your omnipotent might to reshape the world ...

Deciding the world was far too screwed up for your liking, you decided to correct a few issues, using your divine abilities to end world hunger, ended all warfare (at least temporarily) by eliminating all weapons, and altering the outlook of the human race to favor negotiation over conflict.

Having done that, you briefly contemplate eliminating all disease, but you hesitate, all too aware that doing so may cause far more problems than it solves as the worlds human population grows completely out of control. After a moments thought however, a solution presents itself, as you decide such things won't matter if you lower the birth rate, making it so that humans are only fertile one month out of the year, as well as giving women the natural ability to choose whether to become pregnant or not. With that issue settled, you go ahead and eliminate all disease, as well as eliminating the aging process, making it so that everyone remains young and attractive looking until the day they die, typically around one hundred and fifty in this new world of yours.

Having solved the majority of the worlds most pressing issues, though certainly not all of them as that would be too boring, you feel you've earned yourself a reward, and decide to..............?

You have the following choices:

1. Changing all other males into females and making all women super hot and horny!

2. Something more...creative.
