A 50-pound gain? From one meal?

"What the...?" Rainbow trailed off. Her body had grown a over the course of that 'snack.' Whereas before her body was lithe and trim, now it was overweight, bordering on obese! Her midsection hung down, pressing against her hindlegs, her chin gained a friend, her flanks grew to huge sizes, and her cheeks puffed out a bit.
Her body felt uncomfortably warm, and her gas seemed to have gotten worse, her chin(s) obbling as she lets out the occasional burp and her fatty flanks jiggling as she lets out the frequent fart. Her neck and face were coated in butter and crumbs, and her body was drenched in sweat.
She was freaked out, but was overcome with lethargy and could hardly speak, lumbering into bed and passing out.
