"Hey that doesn't look too bad. Nice and round. perhaps I really am a little too thin and I do look better fat. Should I do it? It's a big step. If I say yes there's a chance I will stay fat. Perhaps that does look good but suppose if I change my mind. I heard gaining weight is easy but losing it is a lot harder. So if I do this... it's probably forever. I need to think carefull about this. Just like getting married... or getting kids. Those things are forever."

"Well I don't have to become obese right now. I can of course first just get a small jelly belly. Make my belly just a bit bigger and see how that turns out and if I like it I can still make it bigger."
