Rika will be nice to master Takato

Rika was looking thru a store as she pondered something her grandmother had said not long ago, "sweetie, I know you are hurting since Rumiko and your father split up but you need to be nicer to your friends who only want to try and help you."

Deciding to take her grandmother's advice to heart as she looks thru a self help store filled with various self help books and CDs for all different kind of problems. Finding a hypnosis CD to help make a person nicer to those around them, Rika decides to purchase it but a tiny Digimon carrying a pendant known as Hypnomon had other ideas for the Tamer as he poured some of his power into the CD just as the cashier handed the disk to Rika after she purchased it with some of her weekly allowance.

Making her way home, Rika wonders if this will actually help her or not unaware of what happened in the store as she walks inside her house after slipping her shoes off her feet. Making her way towards her room, Rika places the disk in her CD player as she puts a pair of headphones on her head and presses the play button relaxing on her bed as she listens to soothing sounds of a wave crashing on a beach.
