A loud shriek alerted Thomas instantly as he turned to see Melissa fall to the ground, with something grabbing onto her ankle from under the couch.
"HELP!" She screamed as the hands started to pull her down.
Tom instantly grabbed onto her arms.
"Hang on! I'll pull you out!"
But the hands under the couch were surprisingly strong and Melissa was already pulled down up to her knees.
"Tom!"
Just then the hands readjusted their grip and grabbed onto the hem of Melissa's sundress. Tom pulling one way, the hands pulling the other. The dress was stretchering, but Toms hands were sweaty and wasn't sure he could hold on...
